Really worried about my training.
Last weekend did not go well, I struggled on my 6mile run on Saturday and then did my pilates class which was a lot of fun but felt awful for the rest of the evening. Then on the Sunday struggled on my 8mile run.
I was totally feeling like I was going backwards but that night I did develop a horrible chest cold which kept me off work on the Monday and Tuesday so I think it was related to that? Still have the horrible cough though so have not been out running all week.
Really going to try hard this weekend though, need to hit about 5miles on the Saturday and 10-11 miles on the Sunday to prepare for my half marathon the weekend after.
I am really not feeling prepared!
